Product Head Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Guidance: As a Product Head, you will provide strategic direction and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring successful product delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  2. Feature Backlog Management: You will be responsible for reviewing and managing feature backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of features that meet stakeholder expectations.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and stakeholders, to drive product strategy and execution.
Requirements:
  • Market Risk Methodologies: Proven knowledge and experience in market risk methodologies, regulatory landscape (FRTB / Basel III / CCAR / Volcker), and data modelling is crucial for success in this role.
  • Expertise and Experience: A strong understanding of market and credit risk data, processes across risk functions, trade economics, counterparty, collateral, trading books, hierarchies, etc. is required.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines are essential qualities for this role.
