Job Title: Engineering Programme Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and delivery of engineering solutions. This role demands strategic project management, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & Execution:
      • Manage cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy system solutions efficiently.
      • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are managed effectively for timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
      • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements and establish delivery strategies.
      • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Project Tracking & Performance Optimization:
      • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
      • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
      • Track project progress across all projects executed within the programme.
  • Resource & Backlog Management:
      • Manage resource allocation for all programme engineers.
      • Coordinate with stakeholders to create and maintain a backlog for each project team and resource.
  • Compliance & Technical Guidance:
      • Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and quality benchmarks.
      • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 14+ years of experience in engineering development, project management, or outsource development centres.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical and operational excellence.
  • Strong expertise in resource management, stakeholder coordination, and backlog planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, and process optimization.
