Product Development Specialist

The role of a Product Development Specialist is centered on supporting the delivery of solutions in an agile environment.

  • This entails working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and influence overall product strategy.
  • The specialist will be responsible for managing a suite of data products that currently support both internal and external customers.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and developing requirements, maintaining a product backlog, creating features and stories, and driving research efforts to understand customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product development, engagement experience with scaled agile methodologies, and strong analytical skills.

  • They will also require knowledge of payment domain, PCI, PII, and other financial security requirements, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additionally, they should be comfortable working at a detailed level with interface specifications, running queries, and doing high-level technical analysis.
