Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Pune. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. They will analyze product performance data, engage in customer communication, and help develop product strategies to improve market presence. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to ensure product success.

  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist with strong product knowledge.
  • Analytical Skills for assessing product performance and market trends.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant experience in the consulting or finance industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
