About the Role

We are seeking two highly versatile and creative professionals who can handle the complete end-to-end video production process, from concept and scripting to on-camera presentation, filming, AI-driven content creation, editing, and final delivery. Each team member must be able to work independently and interchangeably, ensuring that all core functions can be delivered at a professional, international standard.

Core Skills & Responsibilities

Both roles require the ability to perform all of the following:

• On-Camera Presentation
• Deliver confident, refined, and professional tech-focused presentations.
• Maintain an international-standard accent and clear communication style.
• Scripting & Storyboarding
• Write, adapt, and edit scripts for product reviews, AI explainers, and tutorials.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and visual storyboarding.
• Filming & Photography
• Operate professional video cameras, drones, and action cameras.
• Set up and manage lighting, sound, and other production equipment.
• Video & Music Editing
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Edit and mix audio using professional sound-editing tools.
• AI Content Creation
• Utilize AI tools such as MidJourney, RunwayML, Pictory, and Synthesia for visual assets, animations, and automated content.
• Motion Graphics & Branding
• Create captions, overlays, animations, and branding elements aligned with Techtrons brand guidelines.
• Field Production
• Travel for shoots across diverse Indian locations (coastal regions, Himalayan landscapes, Mumbai corporate spaces) and international destinations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Dubai).
• Social Media Optimization
• Edit and format videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring platform-specific optimization.

Creative Scope

• Product review and feature videos.
• AI-powered explainer and tutorial videos.
• Location-based filming in visually engaging environments.
• Overseas shoots for global marketing campaigns.
• Real-world product demonstrations.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production and content creation.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills with a global tech industry-standard accent.
• Advanced proficiency in filming, video editing, and audio production software.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and motion graphics.
• Ability to independently execute a project from concept to final upload.
• Flexibility for travel and on-location shoots (domestic and international).
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
