Position Overview:

As a Creative Specialist, you'll be the creative engine behind HUMB Exchange's visual identity, digital storytelling, and brand engagement.

You'll design and produce graphics, short-form content, social media reels, YouTube videos, and marketing visuals that elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

This is the perfect opportunity for a creative visionary who understands both design and crypto trends, and knows how to turn ideas into high-impact digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and motion designs for social media, ads, website, and marketing campaigns.

  • Conceptualise and produce short videos, reels, and YouTube content for crypto trading, exchange features, and brand storytelling.

  • Collaborate with marketing and social teams to develop creative campaigns and launch content strategies.

  • Design banners, infographics, thumbnails, and explainer visuals for promotions and partnerships.

  • Stay up-to-date with crypto, design, and social media trends to ensure fresh, engaging content.

  • Edit and optimise videos for multiple platforms: Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Telegram.

  • Manage brand consistency across all visuals, ensuring professional and cohesive output.

  • Brainstorm new ideas for creative campaigns and educational storytelling for the crypto audience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Animation, or a related creative field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Creative Specialist.

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.

  • Experience creating content for social media, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, short videos, and creative marketing designs.

  • Passion for crypto, blockchain, and digital innovation.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

  • Ability to transform complex crypto concepts into simple, visual, and engaging content.
