AuraFloral Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and highly creative Creative Content Specialist to join our team in Pune. If you are passionate about bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, design, and captivating storytelling, this role is for you You will be a key player in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all digital platforms.

Location: On-site, Pune, Maharashtra

Type: Full-time

Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)

About the Role

As the Creative Content Specialist, you will be a hands-on creator, directly responsible for the brand's day-to-day visual content. Your primary focus will be on scripting, high-quality video production (shooting and editing), and graphic design for social media and e-commerce platforms. You will ensure all content is visually stunning, professional, and perfectly aligned with AuraFloral's luxury aesthetic.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Content Production & Execution

Video Content:

  • Develop engaging video scripts and storyboards based on the social media content calendar.
  • Shoot high-quality video content, including UGC, Instagram Reels, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Edit reels and videos using professional techniques, focusing on crisp transitions, creative sound design, and accurate color correction.

Photography:

  • Work on product photoshoots to capture clean, appealing, and high-resolution images for catalogs and promotional use.

Graphic Design & Visual Assets

  • Design and create graphics and visual assets for social media (organic and ads), the website, and other marketing channels.
  • Design and deliver product catalog images following specific guidelines for marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Develop essential website visuals, including banners, hero images, and promotional graphics, as needed.
  • Create ad creatives tailored for platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various Marketplace Ads.
  • Creative Coordination & Brand Consistency
  • Ensure all content strictly follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality look and feel across all platforms.
  • Coordinate efficiently with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan shoots and execute content ideas on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, basic video shooting, and graphic design is a must.
  • Familiarity with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, visual design principles, and acute attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, manage tasks efficiently, and coordinate with team members.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, especially for scriptwriting and presenting ideas.

Bonus Points:

A basic understanding or passion for events, décor, or floral design.

Familiarity with social media trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
