Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Peerless Financial Products Distribution Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer enquiries at the branch and follow customer processes/service delivery instructions by applying all standard checks and controls.
- Login proposal/application forms for all business verticals on a daily basis in SFDC.
- Issue GI policies in ITGI CRM and monitor existing processes to ensure completion within defined TAT.
- Generate CTFATF RTF and DTF on a daily basis and maintain business quality to reduce error rates for maximizing revenue.
- Verify proposal forms and other documents and perform any other act, deed, or thing as may be delegated or advised from time to time.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
