Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to join Yoctel Solutions PVT. LTD. as a key member of our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer service process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining a positive working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer service process to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance service delivery skills.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys to collect feedback from clients and improve service quality.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to provide effective customer support.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working environment by fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or any graduation required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects assigned.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and mail writing etiquette.
  • Good relationship-building skills with clients.
