Job Title: Customer Care Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team at Dadu Medical Centre. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information on our dermatology services and treatments to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Solve customer queries over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Boost sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers.
  • Handle sales over the phone entirely.
  • Solve questions related to our products and services.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling and onboarding users.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good grasp of G-suite and especially Google Sheet.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in calling lines (inbound and outbound calls).
  • Ability to start immediately with Dadu Medical Centre.
  • Open to relocate to Delhi.
  • Relevant skills and interests.

Schedule: Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Vasant Vihar, Delhi - Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience: Technical support: 1 year (Preferred), Total work: 1 year (Preferred), Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language: Hindi (Preferred), English (Preferred)
