Business Intelligence Analyst

This position involves utilizing advanced data analytics and visualization tools to identify problem statements that can be solved through meticulous analysis and insightful reporting.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders and internal teams to understand these problem statements, extracting relevant data from sources, performing thorough data cleaning, and developing automated scripts for validation.

The role requires assessing data quality, identifying ways to improve it, and providing inputs to the team to enhance data collection and validation at the point of capture.

Moving data between source and target systems, showcasing insights as actionable visualizations, and building robust data repositories are also key responsibilities.

Additional tasks include maintaining dataset integrity, brainstorming innovative ideas, and creating prototypes of future data-driven tools and products.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization
  • Understanding of databases, analytics, and programming languages like Python, R, etc.
  • Behavioural Skill Sets:
  • Willingness to learn on the job
  • Basic communication skills
  • Constructive thinking to deal with difficult situations
