Revenue Growth Specialist

We seek a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist with proven expertise in short-term vacation rentals to drive revenue maximization.

About the Role

This position is ideal for analytical professionals who can leverage dynamic pricing, forecasting, and data-driven strategies to enhance revenue performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategies: Design and manage data-driven pricing approaches using tools like KeyData, PriceLabs, and other dynamic pricing platforms.
  • Occupancy Trends: Analyze occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to optimize pricing and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Market Indicators: Monitor market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Performance Dashboards: Develop performance dashboards and reports to support internal analysis and client-facing insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
