Celorins Implementation Engineers play a pivotal role in deploying the Execution Management System across client environments, enabling data-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities include Celoris EMS implementation, configuring and deploying Celoris EMS for client projects, extracting, transforming, and loading data from ERP/CRM systems, building and optimizing event logs, data models, and process flows, process mining & analysis, analyzing business processes using Celoris to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, developing dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements, stakeholder collaboration, working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions using Celoris capabilities, continuous improvement, staying updated with Celoris product updates and best practices, proposing enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability, documentation & support, maintaining clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture, providing training and support to internal teams and clients on Celoris usage.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Celoris EMS
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management (BPM)
  • Ability to interpret and model complex workflows
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
