Product Support Associate Job Description

We are seeking a Product Support Associate to support our users and help grow the platform through user insights and upselling opportunities.

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for authors
  • Proactively identify and promote premium packages and add-on services to increase awareness of the platform's offerings
  • Educate users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience

What You Will Do

As a Product Support Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our users. Your primary responsibility will be to assist platform users by addressing their queries and concerns via email and phone calls.
