Job Opportunity: Product Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for learners during live sessions, providing timely and accurate support to resolve their queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of learner support services, including content creation, technical assistance, and data analysis.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize support processes, enhance learner engagement, and improve overall support efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of common learner queries, ensuring that information is readily available for future reference.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of recorded sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new users and internal team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in support, learning operations, education, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AI tools, Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs, as well as experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Machine Learning.
  • A willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to support live learning sessions.

  • Prior experience in teaching, training, or peer learning environments.
  • Exposure to LMS platforms and creating educational or support content.
  • Experience managing learner communication workflows or CRM systems.
  • A portfolio or GitHub showcasing writing, training, or support work.
