This is a unique opportunity to drive customer success and product operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a technical and functional expert on Gainsight, supporting our customer success strategy. This role involves working with global teams to design, implement, and optimize Gainsight solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in CRM/Customer Success platforms, specifically Gainsight Administration, Configuration, and Integration. They will be responsible for owning the configuration, customization, and administration of Gainsight across multiple business units, as well as designing and implementing business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations
- Manage integration of Gainsight with other enterprise systems
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights
Requirements:
- Strong background in CRM/Customer Success platforms
- Expertise in Gainsight Administration, Configuration, and Integration
- Ability to design and implement business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight
