Job Title: Data Management Program Lead

As a senior-level professional, you will lead and support enterprise master data programs to deliver strategic initiatives. Your expertise in program management will drive alignment across multiple business functional areas to define and execute project scope and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end project management planning and reporting.
2. Project review and important sign-offs.
3. Tracking all financial budgets for given projects.
4. Supporting completion of end-to-end business requirements solutioning - requirement gathering translate into Functional specifications with respective global leads and stakeholders.
5. Engaging with business to gather requirements workshops features listing prioritizing negotiation of scope and priorities with business.
6. Defining Project sequence scope and deliverables with respective global leads.
7. Supporting completion of business UAT organizing the business UAT test scenarios triage business test defects.
8. Managing scope deliverables of strategic projects to ensure successful outcome that is aligned to business IT and domain priorities.
9. Driving implementation of master data solutions on time without affecting or impacting business processes.
10. Building relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery.
11. Working directly with business IT and BBS resources to align on requirements and solutions.

Requirements:
Direct experience delivering master data related projects - Data Migration SAP MDG-HANA Implementation Data Governance Data Management solutions.
Knowledge of key technologies including SAP MDG S4 HANA Data Lake Data Model and MDM PMP.
Excellent knowledge and domain expertise in PMP and Master Data Management.
