Project Coordinator: Sports Transformation Program

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in implementing a large-scale community-based sports transformation program across Punjab. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing the program, which aims to develop sports infrastructure and programs in every village.

Job Description:
  • Oversee daily operations of the sports for development program in target villages.
  • Coordinate with government officials, coaches, and field teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Manage tournaments, engagement events, and talent scouting activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and address issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management or a Master's degree with at least 5-7 years of similar experience.
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with government stakeholders.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
