We are seeking a dynamic Training Program Director to lead our team towards achieving training excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging project management expertise.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, target meetings, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and optimize training methodologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, for report creation and presentation delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven training programs.
  • Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick model, Training Needs Identification (TNI), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) management is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes through effective training and development initiatives.
