Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and acquire potential NRI clients by utilizing various channels such as referrals, networking events, seminars, and online platforms.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI clients by understanding their financial goals, investment preferences, and risk tolerance.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on a wide range of financial products and services tailored to the needs of NRI clients, including investment options, insurance policies, real estate opportunities, and banking services.
Consultative Selling:
Offer personalized advice and recommendations to NRI clients based on their financial objectives, risk appetite, and time horizon.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services to NRI clients based on their current portfolio and evolving needs.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies governing the sale of financial products and services to NRI clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact NRI investments and financial planning strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Financial Product Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of financial products and services, including investment options, insurance policies, real estate opportunities, and banking services.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Business Acumen:
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
Regulatory Compliance:
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and policies governing the sale of financial products and services, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
