We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Vice President, HR and Admin.

This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our company's vision and business goals.

The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment strategy to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 20+ years of experience in HR, including talent acquisition, office administration, and employee relations.

Duties will include leading a team to establish HR and admin strategies and policies, managing and monitoring HR and admin initiatives, developing and implementing HR strategies, leading HR team members, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Candidates should have sound knowledge of employment ordinances and other statutory requirements, prior experience in data center/telecom fields, regional and HR department exposure, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

In this position, you will analyze current market trends and ensure the organization's competitiveness on process efficiency and ability to attract and retain top talent.
