We are seeking a results-driven Engineering Manager to lead our forging initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that engineering strategies and processes align with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forging operation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure engineering processes consistently meet price, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation in forging techniques to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead and mentor the forging engineering team to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
  • Monitor engineering KPIs and ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety norms, and internal quality systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in forging operations.
  • Strong knowledge of forging processes, tooling, die design, and related manufacturing practices.
