**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Operations Leader to lead our IT team in implementing enterprise applications across procurement, supply chain, analytics, and reporting functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of IT specialists in supporting end-to-end business operations.
  • Implement functional workstreams from start to production delivery, transforming POCs into winning exercises.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT capabilities with manufacturing supply chain operations.
  • Drive roadmap planning, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and IT budgeting to support long-term business goals.

**Requirements**

  • 9-15 years of experience in Supply Chain and IT.
  • Strong experience in people management and leadership.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with E2Open.
  • SaaS and ERP platform expertise.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience with Sourcing to Contracts and Supplier Relationship Management.
