Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset and excellent project management skills to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company and SBU level.
  • Prepare monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products/functions.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards using Tableau for performance review, productivity report, daily tracker, regional dashboard, and mid-month review.
  • Analyze key variances, trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and track corrective actions.
  • Derive season plans, contests with criteria, support, manpower, publish daily and weekly dashboards, and track performance.
  • Support product heads in developing long-range plans, tracking MOMs, and aligning towards the company's vision. Provide data support for corporate planning, prepare, and present business planning processes for ISO audits.
Requirements:
  • MBA degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy and project management, preferably from Banking/NBFC.
  • Experience in project planning, strategy management, and compliance activities related to projects.
  • Ability to review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable, quantitative plans.
  • Experience in delivering financial and non-financial targets identified as project objectives.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • People management and networking skills.
