Job Title: Strategic Business Unit Head

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire business unit, driving growth and revenue through strategic planning, sales leadership, and market expansion.

Job Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth
  • Lead the business unit with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership within 3–5 years.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, secure enterprise-level partnerships, and expand the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Sales Leadership: Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
