About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our product design efforts, driving innovation and excellence in AI-powered solutions.

As Senior Director of Product Design, you will lead a high-performing team of designers, setting a strategic vision for user experience across our products. Your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies will inform design decisions, ensuring seamless integration with complex capabilities and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced, agile environments is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Develop and drive the holistic design vision for our products, fostering a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data science leaders to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
