About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned graphic designer to join our team. As a senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing high-converting static and animated creatives for advertorials, product showcases, and listicle-driven ad campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of professional experience in eCommerce design, with a portfolio showcasing high-performing static and GIF creatives. They should also have a deep understanding of advertorial/listicle formats and how to visually support persuasive storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing visual content that aligns with performance marketing strategies for Meta, Google, TikTok, and native ad platforms.
  • Crafting scroll-stopping visuals that capture the audience's attention.
  • Collaborating with copywriters and media buyers to ensure messaging and visuals are aligned for direct-response outcomes.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across multiple eCommerce brands and verticals.
  • Contributing to A/B testing ideas and analyzing what creative elements drive clicks and conversions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and expertise in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Bonus points if you have experience designing within frameworks for native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS), and prior work with dropshipping, supplements, or high-ticket products.
