As the global leader for Autonomous Networks, you will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation programs with Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). You will be responsible for delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the Vision & Strategy: Define and implement our global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
• Drive Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
• Innovate & Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
• Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent us in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
• Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven Expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
• Track Record of Success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
• Executive Presence & Influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
• Business & Commercial Acumen with a strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
