Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience at a reputable digital agency.
  • Proven track record of leading creative teams and developing strategic thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
  • Strong time and resource management skills.
  • Knowledgeable about design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.
