Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:
- Support project teams financially throughout the life cycle of clinical trials.
- Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets, source documents for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Perform variance analysis comparing forecasted revenue to actual revenue to identify gaps and changes in scope.
- Review work orders and change order budgets compared to actual activities to identify out-of-scope activities.
- Participate in monthly project review meetings as needed.
- Assist in preparing contract documents, such as statements of work and change orders.
- Support financial reporting and general ledger functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closes.
- Report all monthly financial information in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 5+ years general ledger and financial reporting experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting cycles, project budgets, financial project management support, Earned Value Analysis, and contract review.
- Fluency in English and local language of the country where position based.
