Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee program planning, coordination, and implementation to achieve desired outcomes.">
  • Mobilization: Foster strategic partnerships with institutions and governments to enhance quality mobilization and meet targets.">
  • Enrolment: Supervise enrolment processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.">
  • Training: Own the training process, focusing on concrete outcomes and adherence to processes.">
  • Placement: Coordinate placement drives, monitor student participation, and ensure successful placements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • ">
  • A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.">
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including patience and perseverance.">
  • Ability to counsel students.">
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.">
