Role Overview

The
GM of Operations
will be the operational heartbeat of Anubavam and Creatrix Campus. Reporting directly to the leadership, you will oversee day-to-day operations, orchestrate cross-department collaboration, and ensure strategic priorities are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

You'll work closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and People Experience to make sure we're not just moving fast—but moving in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Translate company strategy into actionable, measurable execution plans across departments.
  • Maintain a single, real-time view of all strategic initiatives, projects, and deliverables.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and resource availability.

Delivery Oversight & Market Expansion

  • Ensure client project delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee multi-region operations and ensure standardization across APAC, Middle East, and North America.
  • Support global expansion plans by aligning operational capabilities with new market demands.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports to track progress and forecast risks.
  • Ensure data accuracy and visibility for leadership decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue between the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure operational readiness for AI-driven enhancements and new product launches.
  • Promote transparent communication and accountability at all levels.

Risk, Compliance & Financial Health

  • Work with leadership to ensure compliance with regional regulations, contractual obligations, and data security standards.
  • Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and collections alongside the Finance team.

Qualifications
Experience

  • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program management, or delivery within SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation companies.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations for multi-region, fast-growing organizations.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and complex, multi-year programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills; thrives in high-complexity environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable making data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills; can influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
