Job Description

The role of Construction Program Manager entails overseeing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. This position requires strong project governance, budget management, schedule management, CAPEX tracking, and stakeholder communication skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all contractual and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities include implementing and enforcing Product Lifecycle Management policies consistently across all projects, monitoring project statuses meticulously, providing key insights to senior management for effective decision-making, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, including Bank Guarantees (BGs), insurances, and statutory requirements, working collaboratively with partners, tracking project and contractual timelines rigorously, advising on Liquidated Damages (LD) penalties, Extensions of Time (EOTs), and recovery or extension of BGs as necessary.

Additionally, this role involves assisting in developing project budgets in collaboration with Design, Projects, and Supply Chain Management teams, facilitating the generation and approval of Non-Fundable Approvals requests in line with approved project budgets, creating and managing a comprehensive Budget Tracker for projects, promptly notifying senior management of any cost overruns, coordinating with project and SCM teams to develop Capex forecasts for effective project planning and resource allocation.

Budget & Capex Tracking
