Job Title: Knowledge Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Knowledge Developer. As a key member of our division, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for online courses and programmes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior faculty and programme directors to develop industry-aligned curricula, teach and facilitate certificate programmes, grade assignments and assessments, and participate in guest faculty coordination.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong technical skills, including expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, and software application development. Additionally, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and motivate people in an online setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty or programme directors' guidance.
  • Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination, ensuring programme quality with senior faculty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, and software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and motivate people in an online setting.
