Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining a high level of quality control, and supporting the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT returns for client companies.
  • Record and maintain sales, purchases, and expenses in their respective accounting heads.
  • Process bills, invoices, and review them for VAT collected and paid.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts by creating journal entries, reconciling accounts receivable, preparing monthly accruals, and analyzing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers.
  • Perform categorization and execute reconciliations of bank transactions on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare invoices and raise bills on a monthly basis, and respond to month-end queries via email.
