Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable, including posting and balancing of daily cash applications, preparation of journal entries, and filing of records.
  • Perform general account reconciliations and investigate unapplied payments, rectifying any issues and ensuring proper allocation.
  • Provide information relating to customer payments, refunds, and other miscellaneous accounts receivables questions.
  • Ensure that client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Experience in participating and collaborating in team meetings to gather and share information.
  • Able to achieve individual and business metrics, with demonstrated experience in meeting all baseline and project goals for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Hands-on expertise to increase cash application automation, touchless cash settlement, and reduce cash application complexity and instability across assigned accounts.
