Senior Problem Solver

We are seeking a highly skilled professional capable of handling complex problems through analytical thinking and solution creation.

  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable adapting existing methods where necessary, while contributing to the strategic direction of the team.

This role involves interacting with internal teams and client stakeholders, delivering results independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and solve complex problems using structured and logical approaches.
  2. Create new solutions by leveraging or adapting existing methods and best practices.
  3. Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management.
  4. Collaborate with peers and management both internally and at the client side.
  5. Work independently on new tasks or assignments with minimal guidance.
  6. Make decisions that impact the immediate team and occasionally other teams.
  7. Manage medium to small-sized teams or workstreams (if in an individual contributor role).
