Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer to train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills through engaging sessions, lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
  • Prepare detailed lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance and track progress.
  • Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving, providing personalized support where needed.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior experience as a Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
