Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This role involves the processing of monthly salary inputs, salary advances, loans, and salary increments in accordance with defined timelines. You will also be responsible for sharing this information with the Finance Team.
The job entails the processing of exits and full and final settlements within defined timelines. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and update all MIS data reports related to Compensation and Benefits, as well as employee exits.
You will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders for all payment-related updates and queries. Your task includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of benefits for employees, adhering to company policy guidelines. This involves reviewing and approving requests on the HRMS portal.
Your key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the annual increment process for all employees. This involves timely and accurate completion of all related tasks, including data collection, analysis, and communication. You will need to deliver finalized increment letters to employees within the designated timeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Data Interpretation and Analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization and internal customers.
- Fully furnished accommodation along with maid, laundry, and security services with a single status.
- Indian Food prepared by professional chefs.
- Local transportation provided by the company without any charge.
- For local personal expenses, the company provides INR 65,000 per month over and above the salary.
- Laptop, Mobile Handset, Sim, and monthly recharge, and other facilities.
- Time-off Rotation: 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site.
- Workdays & Hours - Six and half day's work.
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle.
