Job Title: Customer Service Professional
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Fluent communication skills in Korean (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multiple customer channels, including email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Experience working in e-commerce, banking, or technical support environments.
- Certification in Korean language proficiency, such as TOPIK.
