We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, listening to their vehicle service repair needs, and providing accurate service estimates.

  • Welcome customers and listen to their vehicle service repair needs.
  • Open job cards, record complaints, and prepare accurate service estimates.
  • Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and warranty policies.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians.

You will be responsible for:

  • Cordinating with workshop supervisors and technicians to allocate and monitor jobs.
  • Providing updates to customers on job progress, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly, tested, and ready for delivery.
  • Promoting value-added services, accessories, and annual maintenance packages.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of automobiles, basic mechanical, and electrical systems. They will also possess good time management skills, enabling them to multitask and meet deadlines.
