Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Computer-Aided Engineering Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for performing complex analysis and simulations using CAE tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, and Optistruct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nonlinear FEA models to optimize strength and stiffness targets
  • Estimate fatigue life for parent metal and weld connections
  • Conduct structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic response studies using FRF and random excitations
  • Perform full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses
  • Develop intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving attitude to come up with countermeasures with manufacturing and assembly feasibility
  • Exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is welcome

Requirements:

  • 8-13 years of experience in computer-aided engineering
  • B.E/M.E degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
  • Strong fundamentals of nonlinear FEA, optimization, and structural dynamics
  • Proficiency in CAE tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, and Optistruct
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
