Job Title: Customer Service Professional

 

Job Description:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. The job requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Billing: Handle all billing activities at the office as per E-Invoicing rules.
  • Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding GST, e-waybill, and insurance.
  • Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team when they are absent.
  • Dispatch Scheduling: Coordinate dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates with customers.
  • Invoice Sharing: Share invoices, payment details, and required documents with customers on time.
  • PDCs: Handle Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) and support finance with reconciliation.
  • Warehouse & Dispatch: Send approved invoices for dispatch and coordinate sample dispatch and maintenance of logs.
  • CHA & Customs: Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) for import/export clearance and share required documents.
  • Clearance Status: Track and update clearance status with customers.
  • Head Office: Request stock, confirm inventory, and handle urgent escalations.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales, payment, and dispatch records and prepare regular performance and inventory reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in customer service and GST invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications.
