Job Title: Human Capital Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished HR expert to spearhead all aspects of our people operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, compliance, and employee benefits.
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to meet business needs.
  • Promote employee growth and development through targeted training and coaching initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Develop and promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments.
