Job Title: People Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our people operations, leveraging expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

This role encompasses:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding processes.
  • End-to-end employee lifecycle management, including payroll inputs, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Serving as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Overseeing performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
