As a Teammate, you will provide world-class service to clients in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by performance metrics.

  • You must strive for good customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring all calls are handled professionally based on quality guidelines set by the client.
  • Meet and exceed client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login and password information, both internal and external.
  • Participate in internal and external mandated trainings and seminars.
  • Have knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of the functional area and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
