About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, preferably in the wedding/events industry, and a passion for delivering personalized, high-quality service. You will be responsible for handling client interactions, ensuring smooth coordination, and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the main point of contact for wedding clients, ensuring timely communication and query resolution.


• Manage end-to-end client servicing for wedding events, including pre-event coordination, on-ground support, and post-event follow-ups.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.


• Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to deliver seamless event experiences.


• Handle client expectations and provide customized solutions.


• Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and share feedback with management.

Qualifications & Skills


• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Event Management preferred).


• 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing within the Wedding or Event Management industry is mandatory.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.


• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.


• Familiarity with wedding trends, vendors, and event processes will be a strong plus.
