
Growing Revenue Opportunities Across Upscale Hotels in India

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Revenue Manager to drive strategic growth and optimize revenue across our diverse portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multi-property revenue management initiatives, analyzing market trends and competitor performance, and developing dynamic pricing strategies to achieve optimal business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue growth initiatives across multiple properties, leveraging expertise in hotel revenue management to drive business expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including demand patterns and competitor activity, to inform pricing and revenue strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to align revenue and commercial strategies.
- Develop and implement effective channel optimization strategies to maximize revenue from online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and brand.com platforms.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks to enhance revenue and asset management capabilities.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Proven track record of improving revenue growth index (RGI), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates across various property formats.
- Deep understanding of OTAs, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Confident leadership style, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and property general managers.
- Ability to work effectively in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments.
