Growth Internship Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to drive sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to revenue growth. As a Growth Intern, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and executing scrappy campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Focus:
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers/partners for our target revenue stream.
  • Customer Outreach: Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Deal Support: Collaborate in closing deals and building lasting relationships.
  • Marketing Execution:
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement campaigns on WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, and email platforms.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging content (posts, captions, DMs) that resonates with our audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Growth Operations:
  • Funnel Analysis: Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize experiments and share insights.
Requirements:
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable switching between sales calls and presentation creation in the same day.
  • Learning Orientation: Hungry to learn about growth strategies in an early-stage startup setting.
  • Geographic Location: Based in Gurgaon and willing to work from our office.
