Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead our online sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring new clients in emerging markets. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, crafting persuasive proposals, and building lasting relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

In this role, you will optimize company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates. You will also prepare tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities, negotiate terms, close deals, and meet performance goals.

To succeed in this position, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices. You should also have experience working with CRM systems, email outreach software, and other business tools.

Requirements
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT business development and online sales.
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals in international markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
